To enter the FOUNDATIONS SCORING COMPETITION, here are the terms you will be required to agree to (the “Rules”).

The Rules apply to the FOUNDATIONS SCORING COMPETITION (the “Competition”).

The Competition is being held by Heavyocity Media, Inc., whose mailing address is as follows, PO Box 483, Yonkers, NY 10703, USA (“Heavyocity”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

To enter the Competition, download the unscored "Signals" scene video, score it, share your completed composition on YouTube using the hashtag #HeavyocityFoundationsScoringComp, and send an email with a link to your version of the "Signals" scene on YouTube to foundationsscoringcomp@heavyocity.com.


“The Competition Timeframe” is as follows:
The Competition starts on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 9 a.m. EST. 
The Competition ends on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST. 
The winners of the Competition will be notified via email (and announced publicly) on Friday, February 17, 2023 at a time of Heavyocity’s choosing. 



To enter, you must be 18 years of age or over (or have permission from a parent or guardian). You must not be an employee of, or contractor to (or a family member of an employee of, or contractor to), Heavyocity.

Heavyocity retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any material shared with you regarding the Competition. By entering the Competition, you allow Heavyocity the right to use your name, likeness, and entry in connection with the Competition and for any related promotional purposes. If you are a prize winner, then Heavyocity may require you to prove your identity, including proof of your address. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of your prize.

By claiming a prize, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete. Heavyocity reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Heavyocity additionally reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if we believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding any matter relating to the Competition, the decision of Heavyocity is final.

Heavyocity will utilize two levels of judging, the first level to designate a group of "finalists" and then a second level of judging to determine the final winner.  

Heavyocity reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Competition in the event of any causes outside the control of Heavyocity which impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition. Heavyocity reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process or harasses any Heavyocity representative or any entrant. Heavyocity reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Competition at its sole discretion. In the event of termination, all entrants, as of the termination date, will be notified via email. Winners will then be chosen exclusively from entries received prior to cancellation.

There is no charge to enter the Competition, nor are you required to be a Heavyocity customer.
Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Heavyocity reserves the right to substitute prizes for prizes of equal or greater value at any time. No prizes can be redeemed for cash. No more than the number of prizes stated in these Rules shall be awarded.

Heavyocity cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Heavyocity is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, online computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition. 

Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity, and Heavyocity reserves the right to use the names of winners, any equipment the winner may use, their photographs, and audio and/or visual recordings of them or their work or entry in any promotional activities related to the Competition.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and subject to these Rules will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. Please see Heavyocity’s privacy policy for further details.

In the event of a conflict between these Rules and any promotional materials or other communications related to the Competition, these Rules shall govern and control.

This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to Heavyocity Media, Inc. and not to any other party.

By participating in the Competition and/or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to hold the Competition Entities (Heavyocity) and their respective current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, licensees, successors and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in this Competition or use/misuse of prize, including without limitation any claims for personal injury (including death) or property damage and any claims for infringement of any third-party rights (including any intellectual property, privacy, and/or publicity rights). Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Competition or use or redemption of any prize. Claims may not be resolved via any type of class action.


The Competition and Rules shall be governed by and construed under New York law. The parties agree that in the event that any suit or proceeding is brought in connection with this Competition, The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions arising shall be the State or federal courts located in Borough of Manhattan, City and County of New York, and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any and all jurisdictional, venue and inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Entrants to the Competition hereby agree to service of process in accordance with the rules of such courts. The party prevailing in any dispute regarding the Competition shall be entitled to its costs and legal fees. Heavyocity makes no representation that materials on its Website relating to this Competition are appropriate or available for use at all locations and it is your responsibility to ensure that by accessing the Website and entering the Competition is illegal or strictly prohibited by the laws of the country you are in.
