Personally Identifiable Information
When you purchase something on our site, we collect personal information from you including your name, billing address, phone number, and the e-mail address to use for order confirmation. Your credit card information is only used for completing the purchase transaction. Payment Data Is NOT Collected or Retained by Heavyocity Media. Payment processing for our store is exclusively processed through Shopify, regardless of whether you are paying via a PayPal account, credit card, or debit card.
Access to Information
You can access your information by clicking on the “Login / My Account” option at the top of our Web page. Here you can view your products, purchase history, and your Account Profile. Account Profile information can be changed or corrected by the user. The information presented in the Account section represents all of the user data stored by Heavyocity.
Email
When registering on our website, requesting information, or joining our mailing list, you will be required to provide your email address. By providing your e-mail address, you are agreeing that Heavyocity Media, Inc. can send you important information about our products, including announcements of new releases, sales, and other pertinent information.
